Aoife Power has spent the past decade supporting startups as they grow and scale, partnering with founders on HR, recruitment, and people-focused operations to help bring their vision to life. She is deeply passionate about mental health awareness and was drawn to Riverside Mental Health’s mission of expanding access to compassionate, high-quality support. Aoife believes everyone needs encouragement at some point, and she is proud to play a small part in creating environments where clinicians can thrive and clients are met with compassion and dignity. Outside of work, she enjoys trail walks, kayaking, and sailing - anything that keeps her close to the water and nature.
