A Purpose-Driven Community of Mental Health Clinics
Preserving What Matters. Expanding What’s Possible.
Preserving What Matters.
Expanding What’s Possible.

Riverside Mental Health group is a purpose-driven community of mental health practices that are locally and independently run with distinct missions, strengths, and specialties, supported by a small central team that is passionate about extending the reach and quality of mental health care throughout the nation.
Riverside Mental Health buys stake in small to medium sized mental healthcare practices with a mission to support clinical excellence and expand reach while preserving the local heart of each practice within its community.
Whether group-practice owners simply want extra help and resources to help them realize their vision for their organizations, or whether owners are looking to transition out of leadership into a new phase of life, Riverside seeks to honor and secure the mission, values and legacy of each practice with whom it partners.
Riverside Mental Health is driven by the belief that business can be a force for good and that prioritizing the experience of clinicians and clients over short term profits pays long term dividends. Work should be meaningful and the people you work with should uplift you - life is too short for anything else.
Whether you’re a mental health professional looking to join a vibrant and diverse community of practitioners, or a practice owner exploring options for exit or partnership, we’re glad you’ve found Riverside Mental Health!
Riverside prioritizes the following in every partnership and every decision we make:
01.
Riverside first prioritizes the experience of its providers. The quality of mental health care depends so much on the quality of practicing clinicians. We want to employ the best clinicians and we strive to support the kind of environments where clinicians want to work.
02.
We are passionate about positive client impact and strive for clinical excellence in everything we do. We obsess over client care and partner with clinicians and support staff who are deeply committed to helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their care.
03.
We support sustainable business operations and growth so that business management enhances our emphasis on clinicians and clients rather than competes with it. Effective business management and efficient use of resources is critical to expand reach and attract the best talent.

Riverside Mental Health began with a shared belief that meaningful work should improve real lives.
What started as conversations between two friends about purpose, impact, and building something better has grown into a mission to partner with mental health practices doing deeply important work—supporting clinicians, strengthening care, and expanding access where it’s needed most.
From the beginning, our focus has been on building sustainable organizations that honor the people delivering care and the communities they serve.
